What If . . .

Camp Waupaca For Boys was a 4-week / 8-week overnight summer camp. Sessions started in mid-June and ended in mid-August. The only holiday during camp was the 4th of July. We celebrated with some special programming sometimes, along with fireworks after dark. Sometimes there was ice cream and root beer floats in the mess hall afterwards. Other than that, there were no holidays during camp.

Have you ever wondered what we would do at camp at other holidays? What about Passover or Easter? How about Memorial Day or Labor Day? Hanukah or Christmas? Over the years, some of us have pondered this question and put together their idea of what a holiday program might be like if celebrated at camp.

This "What If..." page is dedicated to these fictional stories of what might happen at camp at any time other than mid-June to md-August. If you have an idea or have already written a story, send it to us and we will post it here!
