Photo Archives - 1951

April 1951, with several feet of snow on the ground, no buildings had been erected yet.  But the parents of enrolled campers had faith that the camp season would start on time.  Photos from 1951 are probably rare, but if you have any, let us know! For photo submission, contact Mike Lurie at Mike@CampWaupaca.com or call/text to (763) 464-4872.

Official Camp Programs & Documents

Not sure if this is "official" or not, but here it is. This is an article from the Waupaca County Post chronicling the building of camp and the first summer activities. A copy of this was pasted on a wall inside the Rec Hall and was still visible into the 1980s. Irving "Skipper" Kuklin
