While in Waupaca for the 75th anniversary reunion in 2026, we made a stop at the Waupaca Historical Society to look through the master books of the Waupaca County Post for articles about Camp Waupaca. We have had successful searches in previous years, finding articles in 1951 and 1952. This visit did not disappoint, as we found articles from 1953 and 1954. Here is the 1953 offering from June 25:
